Hagar

Hagar when studying became one of my favorite woman to study. Just her strength and the way she looked at God in her circumstances. One of the things that I found on the internet was Hagar was believed to be an Egyptian princess. She left her father's house to becomes Sarai ' s handmade because she all ready felt she was a prisoner in her father's house. Another thing that I found interesting is that she wanted to know more of the God Abraham was another reason why she followed and became a handmaid. God taught Hagar in each of her circumstances and with Hagar experiences you don't see her turn her back on God but hope is gained in hers. To me she teaches that you can learn to be a valiant servant of God and learn his ways to follow and that God gives hope back to be seen through our eyes.
