A Woman Builds Her House
Proverbs 14:1 Every wise woman builder her house; but the foolish pluckers it down with her hands.
This scripture is hitting me hard the past couple of days made me think what am I coming in my own home to teach my children the importance of being wise and foolish? Especially since we are the biggest teachers. We are also the one that seems to maintain so much on the forefront of the home even if rules have been reversed we as women deal with alot. We seem to be the first to wake up the last to bed, checking all the doors making sure each child is comfortable, we sacrifice to teach and show our children and gets the best that we can be with God or with out god. We seem to want always the best for thwm. Searching when nothing else is there to give. so how can we be a wide woman in our own homes to bring the type of peace we would like for all that live there and all that enter? How do you feel your being a foolish woman in tearing down things that trully matter in your values in your own house? What can bring back those values to help rebuild up your house?
We try so hard to keep our family together. Many of us want the very best for our children our spouses. A lot of us know that the love begins in the house in our very own homes. In the beginning we set house rules because we don't want to be the foolish woman whose house ends up having no foundation. How can we elevate our home up so our own families can feel elevated and safe in there environment that we create for them? How can we bring Christ in to help build on the foundations we teach them? Is there a way to let go that you find easier of the foolishness you might see in yourself that you feel is tearing your house down? How do you get through?
Many times we feel that the most beautiful home is the best and we strive for perfection. When my mother in law was alive she asked how can you just let your children play make a mess and not worry? It's because my mom taught us to reach out as siblings to make the mud pies dog that hole to China and then feel it with water even if we came in a mess. my mom taught us to enjoy each other's company and others around us. We can clean that mess up. That foundation my mother taught me were the best things to see . Even my dad and the neighbor across the street one day has a water fight. Best thing to see it was funny! My mom took the concepts she was taught of Christ teachings and was an example to us children. She gave us those precepts to build on and to build on our own spiritual precepts. She taught us as I hope I am teaching my own children to walk in the way that Christ would want us to walk. My mother never told us how wrong we were she encouraged us to fulfill our dreams. We might at times feel like the foolish woman who lacks spiritual insight. We might even feel like we've ignored or haven't always put into practice of godly principles in our home. Maybe because of some sort of fighting or what could be were you lack that you feel like the foolish woman tearing your house down? How can you rebuild restart over to make it to were you feel like a wise woman building your house up? We as woman seem to be the foundation in learning from the time we step into a marriage step into inviting others into our house of where our values stand. People see the foundation we want to set for our families they are were our foundation lies even if our house is a complete mess because we struggled that day to get the dishes done. And that is because of the way we interact with others. It's our choice to build a firm foundation in our own home to were we feel we are being foolish to crumble it down. We are the center of so much with society that send those young men young women out husband whatever it may be. Where can you began today to be a wise woman and build your house up? And were can you began to leave the foolishness of your heart behind so your not pulling down the walls so everything crumbles round you? Me today I see the thing I can do is being my family in to began a daily scripture and prayer. It's never to late to bring our children in to God when we have faith and decide we want to have that form foundation. God knows our struggles and he will help us get through those when we learn to begin to lay down our foundation in him.
