Doctrine and Covenant Women

There  are very few women mentioned in the Doctrine And Covenants. Because of this I also decided to throw in things that might be important for us that struck out to me as teachings. So much can be learned by the strength and learning of the early church members. I also decided to put in stories that I have found of early church members and the rest of the Pearl of Great Price from Joseph Smith's History. Some of the women I have found come from my own genealogy. Those that were converted to the gospel here in America as will as across the sea in their own country. I would be interested in any other stories that people are willing to share. Because the strength, courage, and willingness to follow in a new religion they had to trust that this was really God's will to be a part of making and spreading his word. With faith they followed a prophet and became members that because of their peculiarities they were prosecuted. Yet these women held strong to the belief of God that they were being taught. There are also many things written that dive into women being mentioned.
